AX series

Pinnacle’s classic sheet metal design with full guarding protection delivers the most compact, and safe performances for customers. The design is with aesthetic consideration and can bring better productivity. High efficiently chip-removing system also enhance the entire process capacity.

Both CTS function and coolant nozzle equipped with highly pressured coolant could bring chips away, and the flush system could make chips into two augers, then chip conveyor would bring chips out of machine efficiently and smoothly. This design makes chip removing more productive.

All the X, Y, Z, B, and C axes are well design with high protection cover mechanism that are meant to avoid pollutions on parts and components caused by chips and coolant.

The C-axis table of BX series offers versatile RPM options. For turning process, the maximal turning speed reach to 1200 RPM; for milling process, the maximal milling speed could reach up to 50 RPM. These two different modes are perfect for turning and milling applications respectively.

The BX series machines have the smallest footprint in its table size range, so that for manufacturers who are with limited spaces, the BX series are the best choice. At the same time, its compact size does not put any constraints on its performances since we adopt many smart industrial designs.

Pinnacle’s BX series adopt motorized spindles and such powerful spindles are designed with 19kW continue power as well as 93Nm continue torque. The motorized spindle we use has clutch design that is designed to provide higher brake torque for turning functionality.

Our built-in C-axis working table designed with side table functionality provides free interference with large work pieces. This characteristic is suitable for round parts and long parts processing, or different OP on the working table. Regarding our built-in C axis, its maximal turning speed is 1200rpm, which is suitable for fine finishing requests. For work pieces such as long propellers, this model of machines is good at it.

We have set wider range of B-axis so that it could provide optimal possibility of machining angles for work pieces. Now, not only 90 degree machining is possible, but also negative angles are feasible.

Pinnacle company provides various brands of 5-axis simultaneous controllers for users to choose, such as Heidenhain TNC640, Siemens 840D, Fanuc 31i-B5 and Fagor 8065. Users may choose among these options based on their working protocols.

Our BX machine is equipped with cooling system for spindle, B-axis, C-axis and X, Y, and Z axes. This design ensures hollow ball screws are with less thermal extension. Moreover, with our optical scale, we are able to enhance high accuracy value. We conducted test and turning duties by high-end equipment.

In order to reinforce the overall rigidity of our machines, we adopt large size base, large vertical column, four Y axis guides, and eight sliding blocks. These mechanisms are able to support maximal supportive range. Besides, there are six sliding blocks equipped on the B axis. As a result, the rigidity of our BX series is high and the corresponding accuracy is high as well.

BX700T made by Pinnacle is a Five-axis milling and turning machine center; it is not just an ordinary machining center but with advanced turning functionalities. With rectangle working table that provides possibility for long parts processing, the entire processing could be reduced optimally. Users may also choose to adopt extra rotary table (A-axis) for blade machining purpose.

With the help of robotic arms, BX series machines are able to work automatically. Besides robotic arms, there is another automation device, the automatic door that can help as well, realizing full automation processing for the entire whole days. Based on these two supportive devices, automatic part cells are running for 24/7.

Not only small or round parts are able to be machined on the BX-series, but also those long work pieces with prolonged sizes; moreover, work pieces with higher heights are also feasible for BX-series.

Standard BX series is equipped with C axis rotary table as a standard working platform for work pieces. Moreover than that, if users need more axial arrangement, there are optional A axis options such as single A axis, or double A axis settings. We have different settings prepared for those who seek for excellence.
